John Sullivan has been a San Diego resident since 1996 and a real estate investor for over 20 years. During this time John has been involved in new construction, complete renovations and rental property. Having his own funds invested in real estate has helped John develop strong negotiation skills which are fundamental to a successful real estate transaction.
